📍 Job Location: HA 20, Block, Sector 3, Salt Lake, Kolkata

We are looking for experienced and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executives to join our growing team at Levanilla Patisserie.

• Candidate ProfileExperience in bakery, patisserie, café, confectionery, or food retail preferred
• Previous experience in counter sales/customer handling is required
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Smart, presentable, and courteous personality
• Ability to handle billing, orders, product display, and customer queries
• Knowledge of bakery products and cakes will be an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to customers and understand their requirements
• Take and process customer orders
• Handle counter sales and billing
• Maintain proper product display and counter hygiene
• Explain bakery products, cakes, desserts, and other offerings to customers
• Coordinate with the kitchen for order fulfilment
• Maintain stock awareness and report shortages
• Ensure excellent customer experience and contribute towards increasing sales

Shift Timings🕘 Shift 1: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

🕑 Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Employment: Full Time
