Location: Ruby, Kolkata
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Afternoon Shift)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Job Description:We are hiring BPO Telesurvey Agents for a UK Lifestyle Telesurvey process. This is a non-sales role focused purely on conducting surveys over the phone.
- Responsibilities:Conduct UK lifestyle telesurveys as per provided script
- Communicate clearly and professionally with UK customers
- Capture accurate responses and update records correctly
- Maintain call quality and follow basic compliance guidelines
- Requirements:Freshers welcome
- Good English communication is mandatory
- Comfortable speaking on calls
