Customer Care & Relation Executive
Company: BGS Pharma Pvt. Ltd.
Department: Customer Care / Sales Support

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate with existing customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Follow up with customers for repeat orders and pending requirements.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Take and coordinate medicine orders with the sales/operations team.
- Maintain customer records, call reports, and follow-up data.
- Identify customer requirements and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly customer call and retention reports.
- RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- Experience in customer care, telesales, retention, or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Positive attitude, patience, and strong follow-up skills.

Salary: ₹10,000–₹13,000 per month, depending on experience.
