Job Description

Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.


Handle a high volume of customer interactions in a timely and efficient manner.


Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.


Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
