Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing and potential clients.

Handle client onboarding, coordination and regular follow-ups.

Ensure timely collection of payments and achieve assigned monthly collection targets.

Coordinate with CRE, Backend, Production and Management teams for smooth client servicing.

Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, payments and service status in CRM.

Handle client queries, concerns and complaints professionally.

Ensure clients receive timely updates regarding shoots, auditions, services and deliverables.

Generate repeat business, referrals and additional sales from existing clients.

Monitor pending payments and follow up until closure.

Maintain daily/weekly collection and client-status reports.

Ensure company policies, SOPs and service commitments are properly communicated and followed.

Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch revenue and collection targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

Sales and collection-oriented approach.

Good knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

Ability to handle difficult clients professionally.

Strong coordination, accountability and problem-solving skills.
