Job Description
Teleminds Infotech Kolkata
Candidates for call Quality Analyst Role
Responsibilities:
- Listen to the recorded calls
- Find errors from those calls
- Make Excel reports
- Share the report with the TL
Requirements:
- Candidates must speak fluent English
- They should know the basic excel
- Should be flexible to work from 3pm-12am (Shift- Rotational ) ,home drop is available,6 am -3pm(pick up),8am -5pm(Travel allowance available)
- Salary: 15k -20k(negotiable for experience candidates)
- Candidates with B.A /B.SC/ B.COM/ BBA degree are eligible only.
- H.S passout fresher can apply also.
