Job Description

Hiring – CRED | Customer Support Executive

Position: Customer Support Executive

Process: Customer Support

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off

Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts


💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Freshers: ₹18,000 CTC | ₹14,500 In-hand
  • Experienced: ₹20,000 CTC | ₹16,000 In-hand
  • Attendance Bonus: ₹1,800/month
  • Night Shift Allowance: As per applicable shift


📋 RequirementsExcellent

  • English communication
  • Good Hindi communication
  • Minimum 6 months of experience preferred/required
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts
