Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our ELD (Electronic Logging Device) Customer Support Process. The selected candidates will assist customers with ELD-related queries, provide technical and operational support, troubleshoot device or software issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to ELD products and services.
• Assist customers with ELD devices, applications, installation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer queries regarding device connectivity, logbook records, compliance requirements, and system usage.
• Guide customers through basic technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and customer service procedures.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2); graduates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on process requirements.
• Good English communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a night or rotational shift, as applicable.
