Job SummaryProclivity Digitech Private Limited is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as ELD Customer Support Executives. The selected candidates will assist customers and commercial vehicle drivers with Electronic Logging Device (ELD) systems, provide technical guidance, resolve basic device-related issues, and ensure smooth customer support operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls related to ELD devices and services.
• Assist truck drivers, fleet managers, and customers with ELD device installation, activation, configuration, and usage.
• Provide guidance on electronic logbooks, Hours of Service (HOS), and basic compliance-related queries.
• Troubleshoot basic ELD device connectivity, synchronization, and application-related issues.
• Help customers understand device features and resolve technical concerns professionally.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM or designated system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain quality standards, call-handling procedures, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Meet daily productivity, attendance, and performance targets.
• Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2); graduates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Good verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn technical support systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide clear instructions to customers.
• Patience, professionalism, and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
• Good English communication skills are preferred for international customer support.
