Hiring: Customer Service Associate (CSA)Company: Tech Mahindra | Kolkata
Process: E-commerce Voice Process
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls.
- Provide customer-focused solutions and support.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic English & Hindi communication skills (no major MTI).
- Minimum 12 months of BPO experience required for experienced salary.
- Candidates must not have attended a Tech Mahindra interview in the last 3 months.
- No planned leave during the first 3 months.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
⏰ Work Schedule
- 5 working days + 2 rotational weekly offs.
- 10-hour shift (9 hours working + 1-hour break).
- Operations shifts: Any 10-hour shift between 9 AM and 9 PM.
- Night shifts may apply during training.
