Job Opening: Senior Customer Support Representative(International Billing Voice Experience is mandatory)

Salary: UP TO 5.5 LPA

Our client, a multinational telecommunications holding company headquartered in London, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team in Kolkata. The company is the largest provider of fixed-line, broadband, and mobile services in the UK, and also offers subscription television and IT services.

RequirementsRequirements::

• Minimum of 1 YEAR experience in International BILLING Voice Process
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle calls over chat in different time zones
• Experience in taking calls from global clients and providing professional and positive responses
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good technical knowledge

Qualification: Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 YEAR AND ABOVE BILLING VOICE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.

Shift: Rotational

Week Off: 2 days rotational week off
