Hiring: Data Entry Executive – Quality / Back Office
Department: Back Office Operations
Job Type: Full-Time
SHIFT TIMING 8AM TO 5PM
MON TO SAT
Process: CAF (Customer Application Form) Reject Processing
Job Role: Non-Voice / Data Processing
Job Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented candidates to process rejected CAF applications, update customer information, correct data and maintain accurate records. This is a pure non-voice back-office role with no calling or sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Process rejected CAF applications in the designated system.
Enter and correct customer/application details.
Identify missing or incorrect information and flag discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and complete tasks within deadlines.
Meet daily productivity and data accuracy targets.
Follow data confidentiality and process guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 6 months–2 years in data entry, back-office operations or document processing preferred.
Freshers with good typing skills may also apply.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently under productivity targets.
Previous BPO experience will be an added advantage.
