Job Description
Performance Marketing Manager – Meta Ads Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing professional to manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns for Mobisell.
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Plan, manage and scale Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.
2. Generate high-volume and high-quality leads at profitable CPL.
3. Optimize campaigns based on lead quality, pickup scheduling and completed pickups — not just cheap leads.
4. Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, events and conversion tracking.
Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies and campaigns continuously.
5. Analyze campaign performance and improve CPL, conversion rate and completed pickup rate.
6. Manage retargeting and lookalike audiences.
7. Track the complete funnel: Ad → Lead → OTP → Pickup Scheduled → Completed Pickup.
8. Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and take data-driven decisions.
9. Scale winning campaigns while maintaining lead quality and profitability.
Requirements: -
2–5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads/Performance Marketing experience.
Strong experience in Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization.
Experience handling significant monthly ad budgets.
Must have proven results in scaling Meta campaigns.
