Job Description
Hiring: Junior Project Officer – ElectricalHead Office: Kolkata, West Bengal
Field Posting: Mon District, Nagaland
Position: Junior Project Officer – Electrical
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in execution and supervision of electrical projects at field locations.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors and project personnel.
- Monitor electrical works, materials and site activities.
- Prepare basic site reports and project documentation.
- Travel and relocate to Nagaland as required for project work.
Salary & Benefits
- During Probation: ₹18,000 per month
- After successful completion of probation and qualifying practical examination: ₹22,000 per month
- Accommodation provided at the field location.
- Initial transportation/relocation support from Kolkata Head Office to Nagaland upon selection.
Preferred Skills
- Diploma / ITI / relevant qualification in Electrical preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical project and site work.
- Laptop ownership preferred.
- Ability to ride a 2-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to work in a remote/field environment.
- Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
Important: This is a field-based position in Mon District, Nagaland. Selected candidates will be required to relocate from the Kolkata Head Office to the project location.
