Role Overview: As a Field Accountant, you will handle *end-to-end accounting operations* for multiple clients.

You will work on both:

* From our office (centralized work)

* At client locations (as per requirement)

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Compliance:

* Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally (ERP)

* Handle GST compliance:

 * GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing

 * GST reconciliation

 * Input Tax Credit tracking

Inventory & Operations:

* Manage stock entries, valuation & reconciliation

* Track inward & outward inventory movement

Taxation:

* Handle TDS:

 * Calculation, deduction, payment

 * Return filing & Form 16/16A

Statutory Work:

* Generate E-Way Bills & E-Invoices

* Ensure compliance with accounting & tax regulations

Financial Management

Prepare:

 * Sales & purchase records

 * Bank reconciliation statements

 * Ledger scrutiny & journal entries

Client Interaction:

* Work directly with clients at their offices

* Understand their accounting needs and deliver solutions

* Coordinate with auditors when required

Required Skills:

* Strong hands-on experience in *Tally (Mandatory)*

* Practical knowledge of *GST, TDS, E-Way Bill, E-Invoicing*

* Experience in *inventory/stock accounting*

* Good understanding of accounting principles & taxation

* Proficiency in *MS Excel*

* Ability to work independently

Language Requirement:

* Bengali (Mandatory)

* Hindi & Basic English

Qualification: B.Com / Accounting / Finance background

Experience: 1–3 years
