Field Executive

We are hiring Field Executives for our Door-to-Door Digital Life Certificate (DLC) service for pensioners.

The selected candidate will visit pensioners at their homes in the assigned area and assist them with the Digital Life Certificate process.

Responsibilities:

• Visit pensioners at their homes as per the assigned daily schedule.

• Assist pensioners with the Digital Life Certificate verification process.

• Use smartphone/app and required verification devices as per company procedure.

• Communicate politely with senior citizens and their family members.

• Complete assigned appointments and update the visit status.

• Report incomplete/failed visits and the reason to the office team.

• Coordinate with the Admin/Coordinator regarding daily appointments.

• Maintain proper service and payment records as instructed.

• Follow company guidelines for customer data and document handling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• Basic English and good Bengali communication.

• Comfortable with smartphone/app usage.

• Comfortable with field work and visiting customers' homes.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Freshers can apply.

• Previous field/customer-service experience will be an advantage.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required depending on the assigned area.
