Field Officer

URGENT HIRING – FIELD OFFICER | SECURITY OPERATIONS 🚨

We are looking for a serious, responsible and experienced Field Officer to join our Security Operations Team.

• Preferred ProfileEx-Army / Ex-Defence personnel preferred.
• Candidates with strong experience in the Security Industry / Security Company Operations will also be considered.
• Candidate must have a good understanding of security operations, manpower management and site-level requirements.
• Candidates from or residing near Park Street, Kolkata will be preferred.
• Key ResponsibilitiesPrimarily responsible for field operations and site supervision.
• Visit different units/sites as required by management for training, supervision and operational support.
• Attend sites during emergency situations and resolve operational issues as required.
• Support the team in manpower deployment, recruitment and arranging suitable manpower.
• Coordinate with supervisors, guards and the operations team.
• Conduct site visits and ensure proper implementation of company instructions.
• Willingness to work night shifts whenever required.

Important Requirement⚠️ This is a 24×7 operational role. The selected candidate must remain available on phone and be prepared to visit a site during an emergency, including at night.

This is an emergency-response and field-oriented position, not a fixed desk job. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who genuinely understand the nature of the security industry and are prepared to take responsibility whenever operational requirements arise.

Salary & Benefits💰 Salary: As per experience and suitability.

🏍️ Company Bike: Company bike will be provided if the candidate does not have their own vehicle. However, a valid driving licence is mandatory.
