🚨 Hiring: Field Recruiter
Position: Field Recruiter
Gender: Male Candidates Only
Age: 20–32 Years
Education: Higher Secondary (HS) Pass to Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in any Field Sales role
Two-Wheeler: Mandatory
Job Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing and recruitment through field visits.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct field-level recruitment activities and generate candidate leads.
- Maintain candidate records and follow up for joining.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the given timeline.
