Field Sales Executive

Position: Salesman (Footwear)

Location: West Bengal, North East, Orissa (Extensive Travel Required)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 Years in Footwear Sales
• Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with footwear distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer network across India.
• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to achieve sales targets.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the office regarding orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure timely reporting of daily sales activities and travel updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the footwear industry as a Salesman or Sales Executive.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian footwear market and dealer/distributor network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Must be able to travel approximately 15–20 days per month.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
