Job Description: Field Sales Executive (Male)

Job Role: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Gender: Male

Qualification: Graduate preferred

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits.

- Visit potential clients and explain company products and services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

- Handle client meetings, negotiations and deal closures.

- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.

- Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth business operations.

- Strong field sales and marketing knowledge.

- B2B and client acquisition skills.

- Lead generation and negotiation skills.

- Customer relationship management.

- Target-oriented approach.

- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel for market visits.

- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.

Additional Requirements:

- Must be comfortable with field work.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

- Experience in Electrical / Industrial / Engineering product sales will be an added advantage.
