Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our Fresh Peeled Garlic to restaurants, cloud kitchens, premium grocery stores, caterers and other food businesses in Kolkata.

This is a field-based sales role where you will visit businesses in an assigned area, introduce our product, collect trial orders and develop repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit restaurants, cloud kitchens, premium grocery stores and other food businesses.
• Introduce and promote our Fresh Peeled Garlic.
• Identify potential customers and understand their regular garlic requirements.
• Collect trial and regular orders.
• Follow up with interested customers and generate repeat orders.
• Maintain daily visit and sales records.
• Share customer feedback and market information with the company.
• Work within an assigned area and develop customers in that territory.

Candidate Requirements:

• Freshers can apply. Candidates with prior field sales or B2B/FMCG sales experience will be preferred..
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bengali communication is preferred; basic Hindi/English will be an advantage.
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting business owners/managers.
• Smartphone and basic WhatsApp/Google Maps knowledge.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel within the assigned area.

Compensation:

Fixed Pay + Sales Incentive/Commission

Compensation will depend on experience and performance.

Noted:

This is a field-based B2B sales role, not a desk-based telecalling job. The selected candidate will be required to personally visit businesses, generate orders and follow up with customers.
