Field Sales Executive

​Role Summary:

We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence in the Kolkata region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-ground lead generation, building networks with industry stakeholders, and driving the sales of premium sanitaryware and bathroom fittings across assigned territories.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Conduct extensive daily market visits across Kolkata to identify and local, retail hardware stores, and independent plumbing contractors.

​Pitch and demonstrate our range of sanitaryware, bathroom fixtures, and plumbing solutions to potential B2B and B2C clients.

Active with architects, interior designers, and real estate developers to secure project-level orders.

​Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring timely payment collection from the assigned market territory.

​Maintain an accurate daily field sales log, update the CRM database with new leads, and submit daily activity reports to the Sales Head.

​Coordinate seamlessly with the Kolkata showroom operations team for order processing, stock availability, and dispatch scheduling.

​Monitor local competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to provide actionable feedback to the management.

​Requirements:

​Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.

​1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the sanitaryware, tiles, hardware, or building materials industry.

​In-depth knowledge of Kolkata’s local market dynamics and geographical routes.

​Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and regional language communication skills.

​Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily travel.

​Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
