🎯 *Experience:* 2-5 Years in B2B Sales / Account Management

💰 *Salary:* *5 LPA CTC* + Attractive Incentives

*What you'll do:*

🔹 Own a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts for retention & growth

🔹 Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts

🔹 Drive upsell, cross-sell & renewal of Paytm products - QR, Soundbox, POS

🔹 Work closely with Sales, Product & Support teams

🔹 Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

🔹 Market visits, client meetings & problem resolution

*What we're looking for:*

🔹 2-5 years experience in Sales / Account Management

🔹 Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

🔹 Understanding of fintech, payments, or SaaS business models

🔹 Ability to work in fast-paced environment

🔹 Graduate / MBA preferred

🔹 Bike + Smartphone MANDATORY
