Garment Store & E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Garment Store & E-commerce Manager to manage our physical garment store as well as online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the garment store.
• Handle sales, customer service and ensure a good customer experience.
• Manage and monitor store staff, attendance and daily tasks.
• Maintain inventory, stock levels and ensure proper stock records.
• Manage online orders, order processing, dispatch, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain product listings, pricing and stock availability on e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and resolve order-related issues.
• Monitor daily store and online sales and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products and take necessary action.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales, stock and operational reports.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure smooth coordination between offline store and e-commerce operations.
• Take ownership of day-to-day business operations and solve operational issues independently.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Retail, Garment, Fashion or E-commerce operations preferred.
• Experience in apparel/garment sales will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of inventory and sales management.
• Ability to manage a team and work independently.
• Responsible, organised and target-oriented.
