Job Title: Guest Relation Executive (GRE)

Job Overview:

Café De Rois is looking for a well-groomed, polite, and customer-focused **Guest Relation Executive (GRE)** to be the first point of contact for our guests. The GRE will ensure a warm welcome, smooth guest handling, and an exceptional dining experience through excellent communication and service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet guests courteously upon arrival and assist with seating

* Maintain a pleasant, polite, and professional attitude at all times

* Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and basic complaints efficiently

* Coordinate with stewards and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

* Manage waiting lists during peak hours and inform guests of wait times

* Ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/waiting area

* Assist in handling reservations and walk-in guests

* Thank guests upon departure and encourage repeat visits

* Ability to handle guests calmly and confidently

* Basic knowledge of food & beverage service

* Ability to work under pressure during busy hours

* Basic computer knowledge (billing system / reservation tools is an advantage)

Work Timings (Shift-Based):

* Shift 1: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

* Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

(Flexibility to work in assigned shifts is mandatory.)

Requirements:

* Prior experience in hospitality/customer service preferred

* Presentable, well-spoken, and customer-oriented personality

* Positive attitude with strong service ethics
