Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from joining to separation.

Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, employee master data and HR records.

Prepare and issue appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer and other HR letters.Coordinate monthly attendance and payroll inputs with relevant departments.

Verify attendance, leave, late coming, early departure and other payroll-related data.

Coordinate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS and other payroll-related requirements.

Ensure timely resolution of payroll discrepancies and employee queries.Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Coordinate timely PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS and other statutory filings/payments as applicable.

Maintain statutory registers, records and documentation.

Coordinate with consultants, government authorities and internal stakeholders for compliance-related matters.

Monitor changes in applicable labour laws and communicate relevant updates to management.

Support statutory inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
