Job Opening: HR ExecutiveCompany: Benfish Revelry
Position: HR Executive
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Experience1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Process payroll accurately and maintain employee records.
- Handle daily HR operations, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach to work.
