Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable applicants, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Negotiate salary and discuss job offers with selected candidates.
• Complete joining and onboarding formalities.
• Meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
• Maintain good relationships with candidates and employees.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and email.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• QualificationHS /Graduate Post Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Prior recruitment/HR experience will be an advantage.
• EligibilityAge: 26–60 years
• Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates should have good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
