Job Description
Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate offers and assist with the offer and joining process.
Conduct reference checks and complete required recruitment documentation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
