We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Consultant / On-Call Supervisor who can consult with Australian business owners, close high-value website and digital marketing projects, and lead a team of web consultants.

This position is strictly for candidates with previous experience in Website Sales or Digital Marketing Sales.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in International Website Sales or Digital Marketing Sales.

• Experience dealing with Australian, UK, USA, or other international clients.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Leadership or team-handling experience will be an advantage.

Applications from candidates without relevant Website, SEO, or Digital Marketing sales experience will NOT be considered.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConsult Australian business owners on website design, website redevelopment, SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, and digital marketing services.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Close website and digital marketing sales while achieving monthly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior web consultants.
• Assist team members with objection handling and closing sales.
• Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Maintain CRM records and accurate sales reports.
• Coordinate with the Design, Development, SEO, and Project Management teams for smooth project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest website, SEO, AI, and digital marketing trends.

Skills Required

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and recommend digital solutions.
• Confidence in handling Australian clients over phone and online meetings.
