Position: Team Leader

Process: Australia – Energy Process Sales

Experience: Relevant experience in BPO/Contact Center, preferably in an Australian process

Salary: 💰 Up to ₹35,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Fixed Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Cab Facility: 🚌 One-side cab facility provided

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team handling the Australia Energy Process.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and targets.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and regular performance updates to team members.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer/process-related issues effectively.
• Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth process operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience as a Team Leader / Assistant Team Leader in Energy Campaign
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of KPIs, quality, productivity, and team performance metrics.
• Ability to handle escalations and work in a target-driven environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
