Job Description :-

· Problem solver that can work both independently and as a team member.

· Flexible, pro-active approach and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, managing and resolving priorities.

· Responding to technical support tickets from end users of computers and software applications.

· Setting up and installing new Desktop / Minipc / Laptop, networks etc..

· Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, AD for troubleshooting purposes.

· Setting up user accounts and joining user machines to existing Active Directory & ERP

· Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications

· Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office / CAD ( Autocad / Zwcad) etc.

· Installing applications for end users which are allowed under company policy.

· Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults

· Diagnosing and fixing network problems with WIFI access points, Switches and Routers.

· Maintaining inventories of hardware assets and softwares

· Must be able to understand and manage concepts of DR solutions, Local Backup's and restore of backup files.

· Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.

· Tracking and managing work records & Asset register

· Dismantle laptop and upgrading the component like HDD / RAM / Screen others

· Must be able to configure and troubleshoot CCTV Camera ( Analogue & IP ) DVR / NVR / EPBAX System & Access Control etc..

· Knowledge about existing access control systems and configuring Bio metric for users.

· Conduct site surveys to assess the requirements and design appropriate CCTV, access control, and biometric system solutions.

. Networking knowledge include crimping & cabling / laying / Switches / Routers etc..

· · Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantity (BOQ) detailing equipment and materials.

· · Install, configure, and calibrate CCTV cameras, access control panel, DVR/NVR and biometric devices.

· · Keep detail record of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs for future reference and reporting.

· · Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on work status and potential issues.

· · Test newly installed systems to ensure functionality, accuracy, and adherence to project requirements.

· · Maintain and upgrade existing CCTV systems.

· · Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CCTV, access control, and biometric technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

· · Basic knowledge of networking preferred.

· · Assist in the continuous improvement of installation processes and standard operating procedures to enhance overall efficiency and quality of work.

· · Provide on-site support to troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions.

Qualification :- 12Pass onwards

Experience :- 2 to 3 years +
