Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled **Dialer Executive** with hands-on experience

in **VICIdial and GoAutoDial** to manage, configure, and support outbound

and inbound dialer operations. The ideal candidate should have experience

handling call centre campaigns, setting up DID numbers, configuring dialer

systems, and troubleshooting connectivity and firewall-related issues.

The candidate must be comfortable working in a **24×7 call centre

environment and open to all shifts**.

Key Responsibilities

* Configure, manage, and maintain **VICIdial and GoAutoDial** systems.

* Set up and manage **outbound and inbound dialer campaigns**.

* Configure campaign settings, dialing modes, agent logins, call routing,

and campaign parameters.

* Set up and manage **DID numbers** for inbound calling and campaign

requirements.

* Configure and troubleshoot **SIP trunks, extensions, and call routing**.

* Monitor dialer performance, call connectivity, agent availability, and

campaign operations.

* Troubleshoot issues related to **call drops, one-way audio, registration

failures, and call connectivity**.

* Work with **Fortinet Firewall** for relevant network configuration,

troubleshooting, and connectivity requirements.

* Coordinate with telecom providers and internal IT teams for dialer and

network-related issues.

* Support the launch, modification, and closure of campaigns.

* Monitor system health and ensure smooth day-to-day dialer operations.

* Maintain campaign configurations, system documentation, and operational

reports.

* Provide technical support to operations teams and resolve issues within

agreed timelines.

* Ensure compliance with internal call centre processes and security

standards.

Required Skills & Experience

* **2–5 years of hands-on experience** as a Dialer Executive / Dialer

Administrator / Dialer Support Executive in a call centre or BPO.

* Strong working knowledge of **VICIdial and GoAutoDial**.

* Experience setting up and managing **outbound and inbound campaigns**.

* Practical experience with **DID number setup and management**.

* Knowledge of **SIP, VoIP, extensions, call routing, and dialer

connectivity**.

* Working knowledge of **Fortinet Firewall** and basic network

troubleshooting.

* Experience troubleshooting dialer-related technical issues.

* Good understanding of call centre operations and campaign requirements.

* Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

* Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

* Experience supporting **24×7 international call centre operations**.

* Knowledge of Linux-based dialer environments.

* Familiarity with telecom providers, SIP trunking, and VoIP infrastructure.

Shift Requirement

**Must be willing to work in all shifts, including rotational shifts, night

shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as required by business operations.**
