Jr. Accountant

JOB TITLE: JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to assist with day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.

• Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Handle purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and bills.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related compliances.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with senior accountants and other departments as required.
• Requirements: B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
