Job OverviewRattan Ispat Limited is looking for an experienced Junior Accountant / Accounts Assistant with around 5 years of hands-on experience in Accounting & Finance. The candidate should have working knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, banking documentation, audit support and MIS reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting
- Preparation of Tax E-Invoices and E-Way Bills
- Preparation of Purchase & Sales Orders
- Booking of purchase, sales and expense vouchers in Tally
- Maintaining accounting records and books of accounts
- Bank and ledger reconciliation
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- GST return preparation, payment and filing
- TDS calculation, payment and filing
- TCS calculation, payment and filing
- PF & ESI compliance
- Working knowledge of Factories Act and other statutory requirements
Banking & Finance
- Preparation of stock statements and other bank documents
- Preparation of bank-related schedules and reports
- Assistance with loan and financial documentation
Finalization & Audit
- Assistance in preparation and finalization of financial statements
- Supporting GST, Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits
- Preparing audit schedules and supporting documents
- Coordination with auditors and providing required records
MIS Reporting
- Preparation of internal MIS
- Bank Sheet
- Loan Sheet
- Debtors Ageing
- Creditors Ageing
- Other management reports as required
- Candidate ProfileGraduate, preferably B.Com / M.Com
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong working knowledge of Tally
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, PF & ESI
- Experience in audit support and accounts finalization
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle day-to-day accounting activities independently
