Job Title: Junior Account Executive Department: Sales / Business Development / Accounts

Reports To: Account Executive / Account Manager / Sales Manager

Job Summary

A Junior Account Executive supports the sales and account management team in developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, promoting company products or services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves assisting with client communication, sales activities, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.

* Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

* Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and client reports.

* Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.

* Support senior account executives in managing client accounts.

* Maintain customer information, sales records, and pipelines in CRM software.

* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.

* Monitor sales performance and work toward assigned targets.

* Address basic client queries and escalate complex issues to senior team members.

* Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and business development activities.

Required Qualifications:-

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

* 0–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.

* Freshers may also apply, depending on company requirements.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
