Position Overview:

La Pino’z Pizza is inviting applications for the roles of Kitchen Associate and Delivery Associate for its New Alipore outlet. The selected candidates will contribute to efficient store operations, maintain quality standards, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in a dynamic QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities-Kitchen Associate

• Prepare and assemble food items in accordance with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices at all times
• Assist in inventory management and stock handling
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders
• Adhere to operational procedures and QSR guidelines

Key Responsibilities-Delivery Associate

• Deliver customer orders in a timely and professional manner
• Handle deliveries exclusively for company orders
• Ensure safe handling and quality of food during transit
• Support kitchen operations and assist the team as required

Additional Requirements:

• This role is open to male candidates only
• Valid driving license is mandatory
• Company-provided bike and fuel will be provided

Eligibility Criteria

• Kitchen Associate Open to male and female candidates
• Prior experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment preferred
• Candidates with an interest in cooking and kitchen operations are encouraged to apply

Delivery Associate

• Good knowledge of local routes
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented approach
• Willingness to assist in kitchen duties as required

Work Schedule

Morning Shift: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM

Evening Shift: 05:00 PM – 04:00 AM

Weekly off on a rotational basis

Overtime compensation will be provided as per company policy

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on role, experience, and performance)
• Statutory benefits including ESI and EPF applicable to confirmed employees
• Eligibility for benefits is subject to completion of a minimum of one year of continuous service and continued employment
