About BimacureBimacure is a claims assistance and financial-legal consultation platform that helps policyholders with existing insurance-related matters, including claim resolution and policy-related grievances.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies and SOPs.
• Review customer documents, agreements, KYC and case records.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies, process violations and irregularities.
• Detect and investigate suspected fraud, document manipulation and misconduct.
• Verify customer complaints and disputed cases based on available evidence.
• Monitor employee, RM, telecaller and partner compliance.
• Maintain risk and investigation records and prepare reports for management.
• Recommend corrective actions and preventive controls to reduce operational and fraud risks.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB preferred).
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in legal, corporate law, compliance, insurance/claims, fraud investigation, audit or risk management.
• Strong analytical, investigation and report-writing skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, questioning and decision-making skills.
• High integrity, confidentiality and professional judgment.

Role RequirementThe candidate must be capable of independent and confidential investigation, including reviewing records, questioning employees/partners and escalating suspected misconduct directly to senior management.

Primary Objective: Protect Bimacure from fraud, internal discrepancies, operational misconduct, documentation manipulation and compliance risks.
