Logistic Executive

Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics for our

international pharmaceutical shipments. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, compliant, and timely

movement of products globally, with strong understanding of pharmaceutical handling and international trade

compliance.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Logistics Operations*

- Manage end-to-end logistics: freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation for all international shipments.

- Liaise with Sales & Warehouse to ensure timely dispatch and accurate inventory records.

*2. Documentation & Compliance*

- Prepare, verify, and manage all EXIM documents: Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, Certificate of Origin, Customs

Declaration.

- Ensure strict compliance with FEMA, Customs, DGFT, and pharmaceutical import/export regulations for USA.

- Monitor EDPMS, update BRC entries, and stay updated on regulatory changes.

*3. Vendor & Cost Management*

- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and CHA for seamless operations.

- Negotiate freight rates and identify opportunities to optimize logistics cost without compromising timelines or

compliance.

*4. Problem Solving*

- Proactively resolve shipment delays, damages, documentation errors, and customs holds.

- Provide timely status updates to internal teams and overseas clients.

*Compensation & Benefits:*

- *Salary:* Up to ₹20,000/month + negotiable based on experience

*Skills Required:*

- Strong knowledge of Export-Import procedures, Incoterms, and Customs clearance.

- Understanding of pharmaceutical product handling, temperature-sensitive cargo, and US FDA import norms –

preferred.

- Proficiency in logistics software, MS Excel, and EXIM portals.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail – documentation accuracy is critical.

*Experience:*

- *6 month –3years* in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or International Trade.

- *Mandatory:* Prior experience in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or FMCG export logistics preferred.

- Freshers with relevant internship + EXIM knowledge can be considered for junior role.

*Relevant Department Experience:*

Candidates with experience in:

- Freight Forwarding / CHA / Customs Brokerage

- Export-Import Desk in Pharma / Chemical / Healthcare companies

- Logistics / Supply Chain in E-commerce or 3PL companies
