📝 Job Responsibilities:

👉 Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders through emails and telephone calls.

👉 Draft business emails, quotations, and other official correspondence in English.

👉 Coordinate with clients and internal departments for business inquiries and follow-ups.

👉 Prepare and maintain reports, client records, and business data using MS Office and spreadsheets.

👉 Assist in marketing, client relationship management, and business development activities.

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✔️ Fluency in spoken and written English.

✔️ Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and spreadsheets.

✔️ Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
