About One DiagnosticsOne Diagnostics is a growing B2B Diagnostic Laboratory providing reliable and quality diagnostic services to healthcare professionals, clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions.

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented and business-focused Marketing Executives to expand our client network and generate new business across North and South Kolkata.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new clients including doctors, clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, laboratories and healthcare centres.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Generate new business and achieve monthly sales/revenue targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients.
• Promote One Diagnostics' laboratory services, test packages and B2B diagnostic solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential business areas.
• Follow up with clients and convert leads into regular business.
• Ensure timely collection of client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate daily visit, lead and sales reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in field sales/marketing preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic Laboratory, Healthcare or Medical Sales will be preferred.
• Must own a motorcycle/bike and have a valid 2-wheeler driving licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local Kolkata market.
• Must be comfortable with extensive field visits.
• Strong sales ability and business-development mindset.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with doctors and healthcare clients.
• Basic knowledge of diagnostic tests/services will be an added advantage.
• Compensation & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month depending on experience and capability.
• Daily/Field TA: As per company policy.
