Marketing Manager(Leather)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Marketing

Manager to manage the company’s digital, corporate, retail and international marketing

activities. The role involves building brand visibility, managing retail operations, generating

business, achieving sales targets, coordinating exhibitions and working closely with overseas

customers and factories from product development through final production.

Key Responsibilities

Website and Digital Marketing

• Manage and regularly update the company website, product catalogue and online content.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and other online

channels.

• Coordinate product photography, content creation and promotional materials.
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain consistency in the company’s brand identity and communication.

Corporate Marketing and Business Development

• Develop corporate marketing presentations, catalogues, brochures and sales materials.
• Identify and approach prospective corporate, retail and overseas customers.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations and product presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert business opportunities into confirmed orders.

Retail Store Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and presentation of the company’s retail store.
• Monitor store sales, inventory, merchandising and customer service standards.
• Plan in-store promotions and activities to improve customer engagement and sales.
• Coordinate with store staff and ensure achievement of retail sales targets.

Exhibitions and Trade Fairs

• Identify suitable domestic and international exhibitions, fairs and trade events.
• Plan and coordinate stall design, product displays, logistics and promotional materials.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and interact with prospective buyers.
• Maintain visitor and buyer records and ensure timely follow-up after each event.
• Evaluate business generated from exhibitions and trade fairs.

Sales and Overseas Marketing

• Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new domestic and overseas markets for the company’s products.
• Communicate and coordinate with international buyers regarding product requirements,

sampling, pricing, orders and deliveries.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts and periodic performance reports.

Product Development and Factory Liaison

• Coordinate with factories for product development, costing, sourcing and manufacturing.
• Follow up on production schedules to ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are

met.

• Communicate customer specifications and order requirements accurately to the factories.
• Monitor the progress of orders and promptly resolve production-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and factories throughout the order cycle.

Sample Coordination

• Coordinate the development of samples according to customer briefs and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of sample requests, approvals, modifications and dispatches.
• Follow up with factories and vendors to ensure samples are completed within agreed

timelines.
