Job Description
1. Doctor & Hospital Networking
Visit ENTs, pediatricians, neurologists, and hospitals regularly.
Build referral relationships to generate new patient leads.
2. Patient Engagement & Conversion
Counsel walk-in patients regarding hearing aids and therapy options.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and home visits if required.
Assist in hearing aid trials, explain features, and support in closing sales.
3. Sales & Marketing
Achieve monthly sales targets .
Distribute flyers, manage local marketing campaigns, and support clinic promotions.
Represent the clinic during camps, awareness drives, and community programs.
4. Administration & Reporting
Maintain daily visit records (doctor calls, patient leads, conversions).
Submit weekly reports on activities and sales performance.
