Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to join our team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel and reporting skills, good analytical ability, and preferably experience working in a BPO / Contact Centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Track campaign performance, productivity and operational metrics.
- Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across CRM and operational systems.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and identify discrepancies.
- Work closely with Operations, QA and Team Leaders to provide timely reports.
- Provide management with accurate data and actionable insights.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant MIS / reporting experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, filters and data management.
- Previous BPO / Contact Centre experience MUST.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
