Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounts, vouchers, and ledger entries
- Handle billing, invoicing, and expense records
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash handling
- Prepare basic MIS reports and assist in monthly accounts closing
- Handle back-office operations and documentation
- Maintain records, files, and office data
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Support compliance-related work (GST, TDS basics – if applicable)
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with Tally / accounting software
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting
- Experience in office accounting and back-office operations preferred
