Job Description

We are looking for an Office Assistant to handle day-to-day office activities, including customer payment follow-ups through calls, emails and WhatsApp, sending sales and purchase invoices, tracking customer outstanding and payments received, maintaining and updating stock records, coordinating with the sales, accounts and godown teams for orders and dispatches, maintaining Excel/Tally records and other documentation, and assisting with routine office, accounting and administrative work. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of accounts and invoicing, and a working knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
