Job Description
Responsible for handling day-to-day office errands and outdoor work, including delivery and collection of documents, parcels, cheques, samples, and other materials from banks, clients, suppliers, courier offices, and other locations. The role will also involve routine banking work, courier handling, purchasing small office supplies, submitting and collecting documents, and assisting with basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document movement.
The candidate should be punctual, trustworthy, responsible, and comfortable travelling across the city using public transport. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Maps and the ability to handle important documents and cash responsibly are required.
