Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Deployment Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end deployment process for candidates in all GCC countries post-selection.
• Prepare deployment checklists based on specific project requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of medical processes and receipt of reports.
• Manage passport custody after medical checks are completed.

1. Travel and Documentation:

• Coordinate ticketing and flight arrangements for deployed candidates.
• Maintain flight details in the Deployment Register.
• Ensure deployment files are complete, including necessary candidate declarations (Beston or employer-specific).

1. Communication and Coordination:

• Collect Google reviews and video declarations from candidates.
• Regularly communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth deployment operations.
• Handle emigration procedures for candidates.

1. Performance and Tracking:

• Maintain and update the joining tracker.
• Provide performance analysis to the team.

1. HR and Onboarding:

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and oversee onboarding processes.
• Handle candidate joining formalities as per organizational requirements.
• Coordinate training and development programs for new joiners.
