A Patient Care Coordinator in a clinic serves as a liaison between patients and between patients and healthcare providers,ensuring smooth communication and efficient care delivery.Their responsibilities typically include:
1. Make outbound calls to a list of contacts provided by the company
2. Schedule appointments,demos,or follow-up calls when needed
3. Record call outcomes,customer responses,and feedback in the system
4. Handle objections professionally and follow call scripts or guidelines
5. Update customer records and maintain accurate data entry
6. Follow compliance and privacy regulations,including Do Not Call(DNC) rules
