Job Description
We are looking for freelance/part-time Real Estate Agents to promote and sell our residential project in Kolkata on a commission basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with potential buyers.
- Conduct site visits and explain project details.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and close sales.
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently on a flexible, part-time basis.
- Local knowledge and a good network in Kolkata will be an advantage.
Compensation: Attractive commission on every successful sale. No fixed working hours.
